Claddagh Bo is an aged Irish Cheddar made with grass fed milk by the Cahill family, a third generation farming family, still producing milk and managing their own dairy herds.

The name Claddagh Bo comes from two traditional Gaelic terms.  The elements of the Claddagh symbol are often said to correspond to the qualities of love, friendship and loyalty. Bo is Gaelic for Cow.

The stunning hand waxed rind of this Irish cheddar resembles the Irish flag. Break it away to nibble on the pale yellow buttery paste that will take you on a journey to lush green pastures in Ireland.
