It’s got a strong aromatic smell but tastes sweet, and fruity with notes of ham and béchamel. When heated, the pliable paste oozes like a dream. Serve over roasted potatoes with sides of cured meats and pickles. This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger as the Swiss Emmi Raclette. 

Also great for fondue!

If you dont have a raclette melter,, no problem- put your meat and veggies on a sheet pan, top with the cheese and use the broil feature in your oven for cheesy deliciousness!
